All rights reserved. Any use, including excerpts, without written permission from ARPACK GmbH is a violation of copyright and therefore punishable. This applies to any form of processing, reproduction, or distribution in all media, regardless of the form, particularly when using electronic systems. The copyright for the design and images is solely owned by ARPACK GmbH. The use of design elements and images by third parties, even in excerpts, is a violation of copyright and requires written permission.

Scope These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries of ARPACK clean Basic and ARPACK air purification devices to consumers (§ 13 BGB).

Offer and Contract Conclusion The presentation of products on our homepage does not constitute a legally binding offer but a non-binding presentation. After providing your personal information, we will make you an offer. Upon acceptance of the offer, a contract and a binding purchase agreement are concluded.
Delivery Unless otherwise stated for the product, the standard delivery time for our items is approximately 14 business days (within Europe). You will be promptly informed of any delivery delays. We may make partial deliveries if necessary. Additional shipping costs for partial deliveries will only be charged by agreement. In the event of non-availability of the ordered goods, we reserve the right not to deliver. In this case, we will inform you immediately.
Right of Withdrawal Consumers (§ 13 BGB) have a statutory right of withdrawal.
Withdrawal Policy
You may revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days without stating reasons in text form (e.g., letter, fax, email) or, if the goods are handed over to you before the expiry of the period, by returning the goods. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring delivery of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and not before fulfilling our information obligations under Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 paragraph 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our obligations under § 312e paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal or the item before the expiry of the period.

Withdrawal Consequences
In the event of an effective withdrawal, the services received by both parties are to be returned and any benefits drawn (e.g., interest) are to be surrendered. If you cannot return the received performance and benefits (e.g., usage advantages) or only partially or in a deteriorated condition, you must provide us with compensation. For the deterioration of the goods and for benefits derived, you only have to pay compensation if the use or deterioration is due to handling the goods that goes beyond testing the properties and functionality. Testing the properties and functionality means testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and usual in a retail store.
The items will be collected by us. The obligation to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of your withdrawal declaration or the item, for us with its receipt.
- Prices and Shipping Costs 6.1 The gross prices of our items include statutory VAT and other price components.
6.2 Shipping costs within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland are calculated separately based on the effort.
6.3 Additional customs, taxes, and fees may apply for deliveries to non-EU countries, which must be borne by the recipient.
Payment 7.1 Payment is made on account. 7.2 You only have a right to offset if your counterclaims are legally established by a court, undisputed, or recognized by us in writing. 7.3 You can only exercise a right of retention if the claims arise from the same contractual relationship.
Retention of Title The goods remain the property of ARPACK GmbH until full payment is made.

Warranty The statutory warranty provisions apply.
Service The seller offers the buyer a service to maintain the functionality of the goods during the period of use. This service is chargeable after the warranty period has expired and requires an order outside of the contract. The ARPACK GmbH service can be reached at 0800 22 33 88 9.
Return of Goods The seller will take back the goods for disposal after the period of use has expired. The buyer undertakes to return the goods to the seller after use and not to introduce them into the public disposal cycle. Please contact our service hotline (see 11).
Contract Language The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.
Jurisdiction For all disputes arising from the contractual relationship, the lawsuit must be filed at the court responsible for the seller’s headquarters.
Final Provisions 15.1 Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains effective. The relevant statutory provisions shall apply in place of the invalid provision. 15.2 German law applies. 15.3 All communications will be conducted in German. 15.4 All brand names mentioned are registered trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to indicate the compatibility of the mentioned products. 15.5 The displayed product images are for illustration purposes only and may vary in design. We reserve the right to make technical changes that serve progress.
